Recently, Students Affairs Department organized 25 Party Secretaries and counsellors in each school to watch the awarding ceremony so as to make the counsellors more professional, promote the team construction to a new height, and improve the work of ideological and political education.

In the ceremony, the counsellors learned their shortcomings, found new ideas and would explore new ways to instruct students.

After the watching, the counsellors said that they would learn from the examples, gather experience, try innovative thinking and work, care more about students and be friends with them.
