1. Introduction

In order to implement the document on the reform of college students’ innovative capability and entrepreneurship education issued by the State Council, simulate innovation and start-up education, and generate high-end creative talents, the steering committee of electronic information in Education Ministry and the Chinese Institute of Electronics decided to co-host the third National College Students Connected Smarter System Innovation Competition in 2018.

2. Topics

The participants are able to select one of the following topics:

(1) Intelligent Transportation

(2) Intelligent Medical Treatment

(3) Intelligent Home

(4) Intelligent Campus

3. Awards

(1) Final Awards: first prize (3000 yuan), second prize(2000 yuan), third prize (1000 yuan)

(2) “ARM Cup” special prize (20,000 yuan) and corporation prize (10,000 yuan)
