In order to safeguard the orderliness and equity of 2018 art test papers marking, HBAFA convened the mobilization meeting on March 8, which was attended by Zhen Zhongyi, the President, Zhang Ziyan, Vice President, Zhen Xinheng, Vice President, Ma Lifeng, the Head of Inspection Department as well as other people in Academic Affairs Department and Admission Office. It was hosted by Zhang Liyang, the Director of Academic Affairs Department.

In the meeting, Zhen Xinheng, Vice President, brought forward three requirements. Firstly, scientific and complete admission mechanism must be established so as to ensure the veracity and equity of our examination questions; Secondly, teachers, who are responsible for marking test papers, should keep fair and confidential in the process of grading; Thirdly, the marking process should follow the schedule.

Then, focusing on responsibility, right and interests, Zhang Ziyan, Vice President, asked the papers marking teachers to shoulder their responsibility faithfully, exercise their rights strictly, and select high-quality students for the academy.

President Zhen Zhongyi emphasized the importance and seriousness of test papers marking and required all the teachers to set an example, abide by the law and regulations strictly, put people first and maintain the academy’s image.

Ma Lifeng stressed the discipline and seriousness of test papers marking, and demanded the teachers to observe the relevant regulations seriously. Those who violate the regulations will be punished strictly, even be investigated for legal responsibility if necessary.

Director Zhang Liyang pointed out that test papers marking is very serious and all the relevant teachers must attach great importance. He said he would supervise the relevant teachers strictly, give reasonable assignments, and stick to the principle with proper strictness, correct marks, consistent steps and standard grading. In addition, he asked the teachers to observe the discipline strictly, reach the paper marking place on time, and give marks according to the instructions. If necessary, a substitute is allowable with the permission of the group leader.

The teachers signed the confidentiality agreement one by one.
