In order to carry out the spirit of the document, entitled Suggestions on the Implementation of the Reform of Creativity and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges by the Office of State Council (No.36 issued by the State Council in 2015), and innovate the education mechanism combining production and study, the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education organized relevant companies to support the teachers and students in colleges to launch the education programs combining production and study.

At the beginning of 2018, the Ministry of Education brought out the education projects combining production and study. Four projects applied by HBAFA were in the list, which are The Construction Program of Intelligent Cloud Teaching and Courses in Hebei Academy of Fine Arts (Number: 201702072005), Creativity and Entrepreneurship Education (Number: 201702108040), The Bi-expertise Training in Design-type Majors (Number: 201702126034) and The Off-campus Training Bases of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts (Number: 201702126013). This is the first time that the education program combining production and study of HBAFA has been approved by the Ministry of Education.

The four successful programs will provide a new platform for the majors construction, talents cultivation, courses building as well as training bases construction, and generate a more effect way to cultivate talents.

It is hoped that the teaching units of HBAFA will strengthen the cooperation with companies and institutions, participate in the construction of school-enterprise cooperation projects positively, improve students’practice capabilities, and demonstrate the feature and orientation of HBAFA.
