On the morning of January 28, the first annual session of the twelfth provincial committee of CPPCC ended successfully in Shijiazhuang, the capital city of Hebei Province. The President Zhen Zhongyi of HBAFA and over 700 provincial CPPCC members submitted 613 proposals, contributing suggestions to the economic and social development of Hebei Province.

In this session, President Zhen Zhongyi presented 2 proposals. He suggested that the government should support private education, accelerate the cultivation of creative cultural talents and make the economy and culture of Hebei Province prosperous by seizing the opportunities of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and Xiongan New Area.

The session lasted four and a half days. It calls CPPCC organizations at different levels of Hebei Province, all the involved units in this session and members of CPPCC to work hard continuously so as to build a moderately well-off society in all aspects and quicken the construction of prosperous and beautiful province in the new era with the initial determination and mission always in mind.
