On January 20, 2018, the conference, themed by middle-and-high-level cadres’ work report and assessment, was held in Zhengcheng International Lecture Hall. It was attended by Zhen Zhongyi, the Director of the Board and President of HBAFA, Zhang Jianmin, Managing Vice President, Zhang Ziyan, Vice President, Wang Zhimin, Deputy Party Secretary and Vice President, Zhen Xinheng, Vice President, Zhen Mo, Vice President, Sun Zhiqiang, Vice President as well as all the faculty of HBAFA, and hosted by Ma Lifeng, the Head of Human Resources Department.

In the conference, the middle-and-high-level cadres reported their work in 2017 successively to the Board and School Committee from five aspects, i.e. morality, ability, diligence, achievement and in-corruption. They summarized their achievements honestly and analyzed their shortcomings thoroughly. In the meantime, they listed the important tasks and objectives in 2018.

Zhen Zhongyi acknowledged the achievements in 2017. In the near future, the Academy is faced with the qualified evaluation of undergraduate teaching and final assessment of construction unit for cultivating masters. Zhen Zhongyi proposed four hopes and requirements, i.e. “improve ourselves with continuous study, take the lead with courage to shoulder, forge ahead with innovation and join forces with good management”. He asked all the cadres to play a significant role in their positions, improve their leadership, help the school pass the evaluation and assessment, and push the Academy to a new step.
