From December 16th to 18th, Hollywood Theatre in Los Angeles of America saw 2018 Hollywood International Youth Film Festival, attended by Zhen Zhongyi, the Dean of Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, Wang Feng, the Head of the School of Communication in HBAFA and their team. The short film, Huan’s Dog, produced by the School of Communication, won “Best Short Film for College Students”, and the other two works finalist award. Meanwhile, Hebei Academy of Fine Arts received “Art and Peace Prize”.

Huan’s Dog, directed by Ren Baoxu, a student in the School of Communication, tells a series of stories triggered by the lost of Li Huan’s dog, which demonstrated the conflicts between rich and poor families, highlighting different influence upon children’s growth.
