In order to improve the teachers’ research ability and help them write high-level papers, the Academic Research Department held a lecture on papers writing in the Zhengcheng International Lecture Hall on March 28. The lecture was delivered by Professor Wu Xiaochun, the editor of Education Practice and Research in the Education and Teaching Division of Hebei Education Department, and hosted by Zhang Miao, the Director of Academic Research Department of HBAFA. All the course teachers attended the lecture.

The Lecture

In the lecture, Professor Wu Xiaochun elaborated on several questions concerning the normalization of articles, such as the title, writer, work unit, the introduction of the author, fund program, abstract, key words, annotation, bibliography.

Professor Wu pointed out that most young teachers were short of active thinking awareness and explained the purpose and value of academic papers writing. She elaborated on topic selection, and encouraged teachers to select valuable topics based on their specialties. Meanwhile, Professor Wu offered precious suggestions to the attending teachers combined with her academic research experience.
