On the 25th of October, the learning conference on the spirit of 19th Session of National Congress of CPC was held in HBAFA. The members of Party committee and secretaries of Party branches in HBAFA attended the meeting. Wang Zhimin, the Vice President and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, presided over the meeting and conveyed the spirit of 19th Session of National Congress of CPC.

Wang Zhimin, the Vice President and the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, delivered and interpreted the spirit in the conference. He asked and arranged the whole school to implement the spirit. He stressed that the 19th Session of National Congress of CPC is of historical significance. We should learn General Secretary Xi Jinping’s report, focus on several important time nodes, implement the spirit in our real work and constantly strengthen party construction in the academy so as to provide a solid and powerful political guarantee for the academy.

Guo Shan said that the party branches should study the full text, organize party members, including students, to watch the 19th Session of National Congress of CPC alive. She asked the attendees to study and understand the essence and the spirit of the Xi’s report.
