On October 22th, Brett Powell, Vice President of Henderson State University, and his team came to Hebei Academy of Fine Arts, who were received by Zhen Zhongyi, the Dean of HBAFA, Lan Xincheng, the Director of International Communication and Cooperation Center and the Head of the School of International Education.

On behalf of Henderson State University, Brett Powell sighed The Talents Cultivation Plan with Hebei Academy of Fine Arts. Both sides expressed willingness to cooperate in many aspects.
