On August 31th, an invitation flew to HBAFA, which says that Zhen Zhongyi, the Dean of HBAFA, and Wang Feng, the Head of the School of Communication, were appointed as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of China Committee of 5th Sokcho International Disability Film Festival respectively.
